The team develops Web based Applications using Ruby on Rails, PHP, MySql, etc.Also develop Standalone – desktop Applications using VB, dot Net etc.

Collaboration Tools

The team provides Discussion Forum/ File sharing Portal and bulk Email Lists for BK ITC team.

Communications

The team looks for FM Radio and TV Broadcasting including installation, troubleshooting of equipments, monitoring and control of signal transmissions, reception and latest technologies.

Help Desk

The team troubleshoots at India’s BK Centers / Madhuban - Hardware & Software issues like MS Office, Windows, Anti Virus, VoIP, Security & Internet Connectivity etc. Also takes care of issues related to Software- Accommodation (VTS) and Accounting - SARAL , Connect One etc.

Infrastructure

The team takes care of Installations of Linux/ Windows Servers, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, 3G, Mobiles, VoIP, Conferencing Systems & Telephone exchange for all Madhuban network projects.

IT Industry Service & Research

The team plans & executes initiatives i.e. ‘Serve IT’ to conduct Meetings/Retreats/Seminars/Conferences for the IT Professionals. Also, takes care for Research of the latest appropriate IT & Communications trends/government policies for use within ‘Yagya’.

Multimedia

The team creates Animation films and advertisements etc using 3D, Max, Flash, Maya etc.

Project Management Office (PMO)

The team tracks all IT projects occurring in India. Other team mates are all Leads of all other SIGs. Works on Daily basis. The main liaison point, maintain accurate, up-to-date & regular communications between Projects Stakeholders & BK ITC Members.

Websites

The team is responsible for BK’s Websites designing, development & day to day maintenance using various technologies like Joomla, Dream weaver, HTML, Java, Photo shop etc.
